Symbols and Payouts
Katmandu Gold has quite a few symbols — there are 12 regular symbols that pay out on combinations of three or more. Combinations always start on the first reel and consist of at least three symbols on consecutive reels, no matter where exactly the symbols are located on the reel.
The four playing card symbols pay between 0.1x and 0.3x your bet per combination. Blue and green symbols pay between 0.15x and 0.8x your bet. Purple and red symbols pay between 0.2x and 1x your bet.
The bird of prey pays from 0.25x up to 2x your bet. Lions pay between 0.75x and 2x your bet. Dragons pay between 1x and 3x your bet.
And finally, Kane himself pays the most, from 1.5x up to 5x your bet.
There are two ways to enter the bonus game. The first way is by spinning at least three bonus symbols. Three bonus symbols give you 10 bonus drops. For each extra bonus symbol, you get 5 more bonus drops, up to a maximum of 25 bonus drops if you have six symbols.
In the bonus game, you can increase the Multiplier by spinning bonus symbols. Each bonus symbol adds +1 to the Multiplier. There is no limit to the Multiplier, and it applies to all winnings during a bonus spin. Also, winning symbols can expand horizontally and/or vertically!
The second way to enter the bonus is by buying it. This costs 100 times your bet. If you want to start with a Multiplier of x10, it costs 500 times your bet.
